This font has been retired and replaced by the font on “Kirby's Adventure” since L-10 (1999), but was now retired since ZT-3000 (2005).
You're wondering why it has only the English Alphabet, Russian Alphabet, Numbers and a few symbols. Because it was only for calling, which they shut down their services in 2004-2006, and it was only sold in USA, UK, and Russia.
