Improved many Vietnamese diacritics. The positionings of the accents have been changed. They are stacked on the top.

Added unicode 18.0, improved Amenian, also added pre-existing 17.0 glyphs. Finished Sidetic, Beria Erfe and Tolong Siki, also Miscellaneous Symbols Supplement. Added glyphs in Armenian and Latin glyphs.
