An add-on of Caesar Shift Cipher (1), this code "shifts" all the letters two times instead of just once. Caesar used the same system to send messages to far away allies. This is a font of Viking Runes. I believe the ones I Cloned were Anglo Saxon. I'm not sure. Anyway, these are real runes except the puncuation. That is Latin, but I tried to make it look runic.
