<p>I discovered via this article (http://fontsinuse.com/uses/8007/future-exhibitions-n-1) that geneus1 created a similar font (http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/75591) to this one in 2008. Despite the obvious similarities, I did not know of geneus1's font until 2014/11/28.</p>

<p>Based on Tetris blocks. I tried to avoid using too many 1x4 and 2x2 blocks. I also tried to make each character self-supporting...meaning the blocks are built up from the bottom and the upper blocks are supported by the lower ones and not just floating in mid-air. Due to some design decisions and time constraints, I didn't achieve this with every character.</p>]]></description>

The lowercase characters can be layered on the uppercase to get different colored outlines and slashes.

The uppercase contains the characters as the outlines and the internal slashes. The lowercase contains the characters as just the outlines.

The punctuation has the outline only version on the it's key and the slashed version on the SHIFT + key. For example, 2 contains the outline version of @ and SHIFT + 2 contains the slashed version of the @.]]></description>

For reference, the lower case 'o' is 11 squares wide and 13 squares tall.

Each character has a 1 or 2 block overlap on the right side to make the connectors touch the next character.]]></description>

      <title><![CDATA[“Uptake Alternates” by aphoria]]></title>

There are two alternate versions of 'a'; one on the "A" character and one on the "a" character.

There are also two alternate versions of 'w'; one on the "v" character and one on the "w" character.

The '@' is slightly modified, but the rest of the punctuation is unchanged.]]></description>

The large, rounded corners are the standard macaroni bricks.

The tight, rounded corners are made of several several composites and stacked brick combinations. This allows a curve that flows straight into an angle (1:4 in this case).

I did not discover this "smooth tight curve to angle" trick. I stole it from Geneus1...thanks!]]></description>

A modernish sans on a fairly small grid. The x-height is 7 grid squares, the cap height is 9 grid squares, and the ascenders & descenders on the lowercase go to 10 grid squares.

Using 2x2 filters, 
- The x-height is 8 grid squares.

- The descender height is 3 grid squares. 
- The widths vary, but for reference, the lowercase o is 9 grid squares wide. 

I also included many ligatures. They are stored in the Extended Latin A character set. ]]></description>

      <title><![CDATA[“Angle Tutorial” by aphoria]]></title>
      <description><![CDATA[<img src="https://render.fontstruct.com/renderer/render?v=6a77fff6&id=334321&w=1600&h=150&f=0&a=left&t=AaBbCc%2BHandgloves%2B123"/><br/>This is a quick tutorial to demonstrate how to create the new angles allowed by FS 2.0.

A = 1:3
B = 1:4
C = 1:6
D = 1:8
E = 2:3

To create the angles, you have to use the new composite feature. Each letter shows the bricks at the top needed to create the angle piece beneath it. Except for the 2:3, the two middle columns make the angle pieces necessary for the middle part of the 2:3.

I will post some screenshots and better explanations tomorrow.

I added single dots to the other caps to make sure this font showed up for everyone...I couldn't remember what the minimum number of characters is.]]></description>

The x-height is 132 grid squares.

I used many of the new angles enabled by FS 2.0 (1:8, 1:6, 1:4, 1:3, 2:3) in an attempt to create very smooth curves.
